FAQ

Your order will be dispatched 1 to 5 working days after purchase or at our earliest convenience unless stated otherwise.

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order - please check junk/spam mail.

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO :

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges and handling fees.

The customer is responsible for customs & import duties charges.

RETURNS :

Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase and must arrive in the same condition in which they were sent. Tags must be attached. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

As a small independent business, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. However, we kindly ask that you double-check sizing and details before placing your order to help reduce unnecessary returns. We're always happy to help if you need an exchange or return.

All listings include accurate measurements and descriptions—please review these carefully before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we will provide a full refund or exchange upon return of the item.
