SHIPPING & DUTIES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once a return has been requested, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly supplied.

As a small independent business, we kindly ask that you double-check sizing, measurements and product details before placing your order to help reduce unnecessary returns.

Each product listing includes detailed sizing information, measurements and descriptions. If you are unsure about sizing before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at sales@standardformat.co.uk and we will arrange a refund, replacement or exchange where appropriate.
